Terrible, everything is so slow. No clear information of shipment eta. The free collection is a total joke only 1 location at ubi, paid service is not even door to door service.
Better redo this whole app. Useless and difficult to use. Cant add item to ship for me. Have a submit query page but cannot submit query.

SGshop secret society or scam, collecting personnel data. Nothing wrong with Wifi, but unable login again, shown 'No Data' on app and '403 Forbidden' on browser.

Poorly designed and buggy app. Can't even check status of my orders. Update: Added Successfully but when go to Cart it's still empty.
Buffering all the time. Force to use the PC. Nothing was was wrong with my internet connection. Try other platforms, no problem at all.
I will give zero stars if I can... the app is fine... but never ever buy from this company... this is a scam company... wrong items came, requested for change, I have to pay for the shipment? Goods came completely damaged beyond use, they just offered a $20 rubbish voucher with a take it or leave it manner... do not use this company ever again...
Can no longer submit pending items on my Oppo like before. Device collapse each time.
